Project Lead

Minimum 5 yrs experience

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with management, project sponsors, product owners, architects, and other stakeholders of the customer
Effectively communicate expectations to project team members and stakeholders
Lead the project execution and delivery
Refine project execution approach using project management standards and best practices
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts
Identify and manage project dependencies, critical path items, and project risks
Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones
Proactively manage changes in project scope
Develop and deliver progress reports to management and other stakeholders
Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management

Mobile Developer

New grad are welcome

Build mobile apps for Enterprise customers using various tech, Native Swift, Java, React Native, Cordova
Estimate and take responsibility of assigned works and commit to complete those works
Collaborate with BA, QA team to make sure the apps are always top notch exactly as the customer requested.
Clearly communicates task status and technical concepts with others
The ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps
An understanding of best practices for mobile architecture & development

Solid understanding of iOS or Android SDK Development
Experienced working with web services, RESTful APIs
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git)
